HONOR FLIGHT
Honor Flight is a non profit organization created solely to honor America's veterans for all their sacrifices. We fly our heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials. Top priority is given to the senior veterans - WWII survivors along with those other veterans that may be terminally ill
Honor Flight first flew in May 2005 with six small planes flying 12 WWII veterans, departing out of Springfield, Ohio. In 2006, with a waiting list of veterans expanding rapidly, we transitioned to commercial airline carriers to accommodate the maximum number of veterans as possible.
Partnering with HonorAir in Hendersonville, North Carolina and Hero Flight in Provo, Utah, we formed the "Honor Flight Network". Together, we are aggressively expanding our programs to other cities across the nation in 2007. Based on recent statistics, we are losing WWII veterans at the rate of 1200 per day. Honor Flight will continue to whatever it takes fulfill the dreams of our veterans and, very importantly, our senior heroes travel absolutely free.
Subsequent to the WWII veterans, our efforst will then focus on our Korean and then Vietnam veterans honoring them similarly.

The Goodwill you receive, showing your love of country, family and community by supporting all veteran organizations result in untold goodwill, benefits and new business.
Following the Yellow Page format your organization will be listed alphabetically by category, i.e. Accountants, Attorneys, Banks, Carpet Cleaners, Dentists, Electronics, Florists, Home Repairs,Optometrists, Pet Services, Pizzas, Real Estate, Television/Satellites, Veterinarians, Wedding Planning, etc. showing your name, address and telephone number, e-mail and web-page addresses.
Interested customers who click on your listing will be connected directly to your own e-mail or web page enabling you to communicate your products/services to your utmost advantage.
Create your own advertisement, complete with photos , and we will run a feature story once a year highlighting your organization and/or services.
The small, tax deductible donation of $250.00 per year entitles your listing to be displayed on our web site for an entire year generating goodwill and new business. 100% of donations acquired will be spent within our community for scholarships for our children, assistance to veterans, their families and other worthy community projects and programs.
